ABS Pumpkin Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients and Directions:

 

ABS Vanilla Cake Batter Pancakes

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4c Almond Meal

1/2 tsp baking powder

pinch salt

1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/4 cup sugar substitute

 

Combine all of these ingredients together and set aside.

 

In another bowl, mix 2 egg whites, 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 1 tbs lowfat cream cheese, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 2 tsp melted Coconut Oil.

 

Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and mix together. Drop onto a nonstick baking sheet and top each cookie with Amberlyn chocolates Square and bake for 10 minutes at 350 Degrees.
